Two cases handled in central court

One defendant was held for court and a warrant was issued for another during central court proceedings on Wednesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.

Joseph M. Passerell, 8 Dartmouth St., was held for court. He has been charged with DUI: general impairment/ incapable of driving safely – first offense – unsafe driving, DUI: general impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense – refusal, DUI: general impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense – accident involving alcohol, accident involving death/injury – not properly licensed, driving without a license, duties at stop sign, driving at safe speed, drive on sidewalk, careless driving, reckless driving, accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property and failure to notify police of accident damage to vehicle.

District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth also issued a warrant for the arrest of Jason Gregory Todd, 28 Walnut St., for failure to respond. He has been charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16) – first offense, fail to keep right and fail to use safety belt driver and vehicle occupant.
